What makes a good coach you may be wondering? 🤔
Someone who’s been through the fires of hell and kept going. Not once but daily, for many years.💎🔥
Piece by piece they’ve figured it out for themselves – this whole soul in a meat suit thing, having a human experience. 😂😇
Not that they have all the answers by any means, but they have figured out to hold space for themselves why they find them. How to win and stay the course whilst unraveling tragedy, depression, abuse, loss, lack and struggle and what it’s like to emerge triumphant, confident and transformed.
The reason this real life experience is of value is because they understand the change journey. 💫💥💚
They know intimately the fear of leaping off the cliff without a parachute and how terrifying that feels. Never knowing if you will land somewhere good and be better off for it, yet knowing that the old trajectory and pathway represents death through one means or another. 👺👀
Their ego has been ground into the dirt a million times in the relentless search for self betterment, for freedom from old emotional shackles, pains and pathways. In the process, they have come to know true wisdom and humility. 🙏🙌
They understand the torture of being back at the same place when a new modality, book, therapy or thing wasn’t able to deliver. 🙄🤔😭
They have endured, trusting their efforts would unlock them from their patterns and their pains. They’ve wished for someone else to show them what they need and where they are getting stuck every time. And, they’ve acknowledged that this person was and always needed to be a more skillful and better equipped version of themselves.
They’ve felt totally broken, yet were paradoxically strong enough to withstand the torment of their past. Able to wither and die yet prevail even in the face of judgment and unawareness from others who don’t understand transformation.
And they’ve learned, read, healed, work-shopped, integrated, incubated, processed and discovered what the real, genuine change journey takes in terms of time, commitment, courage, exploration and discomfort. 🤺🧗♀️😟🤩
Resilience and wisdom are their best friends. They know what they know from many perspectives and there is a wealth of genuine wisdom and guidance to pass on. 🙏💞
They know how to tackle issues from a physical, meta physical, cognitive, spiritual, emotional, psychological and feelings based approach that they have melded into their own body of work that leaves you wanting whatever they have, for you too. 🧠🙌
They have mastery and you know it when you are in their presence. 🏆🌟
Whatever you are dealing with they can read it and they can sense your power, weaknesses, capabilities and strengths as you describe your experience. A brilliant coach knows what’s required to unravel this and get you to where you want to be. And no matter what the pitfalls for you, they are responsive and unyielding in their willingness to guide you there.
The work is yours, however they can furnish you with the insights, tools, awareness and empowerment and the how to’s to find you own consciousness and wisdom, while inspiring you with theirs.
Imagine how much better the planet would be if everyone was in a position to have a coach. Someone to care, support, hold space, reflect and help you find your own genius and brilliance and to reflect that through a purposeful, relaxed, powerful state and a prosperous and happy life.
Can you afford NOT to have a coach in 2020?
